GoRescue Onsite First Aid Training – Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to all companies contracting GoRescue to deliver onsite First Aid, CPR, and AED training at their organisation or school. Please read carefully to ensure compliance with our terms.

1. Scope

This policy governs all bookings for GoRescue’s onsite First Aid, CPR, and AED training courses provided to organisations and schools across the UK.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment due date: Full payment must be made strictly 7 days (1 week) prior to the course start date.
  • Course start date: Defined as the date when the online module is issued to participants.
  • Online module: Delivered to participants 3 weeks before the practical onsite training session.
  • Practical session: Conducted at the client’s location on a date agreed upon with GoRescue.

3. Notes

  • Access: Access to the online module and participation in the practical session is contingent upon payment being received within the specified timeframe.
  • Late payments: May result in delayed access to the online module or rescheduling of the practical onsite session.
  • Right to refuse: GoRescue reserves the right to refuse service until payment is received in full.
